You combine a friendly, supportive attitude with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.  You recognize issues and are active in looking for and implementing solutions. You are a self-starter, pro-active and able to work independently. Beside that you are pragmatic and have a no-nonsense attitude.

Responsibilities

• Drive the resolution of support tickets by applying product knowledge, technical expertise and problem solving skills;
• Provides professional, continues and timely updates to customers and partners in accordance with the maintenance agreements ( from the office / onsite);
• Assist in managing escalated technical support issues and drive issues to resolution;
• Maintain a strong working relationship with the development team in order to ensure timely delivery of resolutions to our customers, partners and consultants;
• Provides on-site support at given situations;
• Proactively write knowledge base articles, FAQ’s and technical documentation.

 

Skills and Experience

• Bachelor or Masters degree;
• Strong and proven interest in ICT and business processes;
• Job experience in an ICT-related, supportive role;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• Ability to focus on priorities and value-added tasks;
• Good communication skills in English and Dutch.
