Then apply now as: Global Head of Government Affairs & Public Policy (f/m/d) Bad Vilbel | Germany (DE) | Full-time | Permanent | Communication | Management / Executives Join our dynamic Global Communications team as the Global Head of Government Affairs and Public Policy (f/m/d) , where you will report directly to the Executive Vice President of Global Communications, Branding & Sponsoring and dotted line to the Executive Vice President Western Europe & Germany. If you are a strategic thinker with a passion for shaping and creating public affairs through direct collaboration with board-level executive, we encourage you to apply. What you can expect: You will design and implement global public and governmental engagement strategies, anticipating and shaping policies and regulations that impact STADA’s business and operations. You will be responsible to position STADA as a key influencer in European pharmaceutical decision-making, enhancing the company's reputation in health and social policy. You represent STADA in trade associations, such as Medicines for Europe, and prepare for the Presidency in 2025/2026. Expect to travel regularly (60%) to engage with stakeholders across different markets, collaborating closely with General Managers and, where established, Government Affairs/Public Policy teams in various countries. Who we are looking for: At least 5 years of relevant industry experience in developing and executing external affairs, community relations and/or corporate responsibility strategies within a corporate setting Demonstrated expertise in managing and nurturing relationships at corporate, political, and community levels, ensuring effective engagement with diverse audiences. Deep understanding and/or experience in EU political decision-making processes and a proven track record in political interests' representation are highly desirable. Fluent in English with excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills; proficiency in German is a plus. Experience with NGOs or public organizations is highly desirable.
