In our offices in Eggenfelden (DE), Budapest (HU), Oradea (RO) or remote we are looking for a full-time Junior Application Support Enigneer (m/f/d). Tasks Assist in providing second-level support for our case management software Help troubleshoot and resolve application issues reported by users Collaborate with the development team to identify and fix bugs Monitor application performance and report issues Assist in the deployment and configuration of software updates Document support processes and maintain accurate records of issues and resolutions Participate in training sessions to learn about application features and best practices Support change management processes, including documenting changes, assessing impacts, and ensuring proper communication and implementation Service Provider management, escalating issues to the provider Provide on-call support as needed Requirements Successful study of (business)-IT; alternatively similar vocational training Basic knowledge of SQL, databases, and scripting languages Good communication and interpersonal skills Experience in dealing with service providers Affinity to business applications and processes Process and solution-oriented way of working English C1 language skills are mandatory German and Romanian/Hungarian language skills will be a big advantage Benefits Attractive salary and an open-ended employment contract Trusted working hours and mobile working You can work in our office near Munich, Budapest or Oradea Further training and career opportunities A versatile and varied area of responsibility in an innovative and high-growth international company Responsible actions as well as direct cooperation with technical experts, and system partners Free drinks Many more benefits, depending on the location Closing Have we aroused your interest?
