It also supports the Group's regional subsidiaries with their green gas projects in overarching areas such as public funding, regulation and technical blueprints. Your responsibilities developing E.ON’s regulatory position on hydrogen and green gas based on your financial modeling and commercial analysis of regulatory effects monitoring of relevant developments in regulatory law and using the insights gained for developing and delivering strategic guidance and assessments to enable beneficial decisions comparing and optimizing different regulatory approaches in respective countries in collaboration with Controlling supporting the development of different business models with regard to current and future regulatory schemes providing input for positioning papers, prepare statements and reports with experts in politics and profound external opinion building to shape the further development of the regulatory frameworks in the respective countries making your insights and know-how available and share key aspects actively within the Green Gas community, e.g., by developing and maintaining instruments to manage requirements such as tools and guidelines and consulting with colleagues participating in the field of Green Gas in projects on regulatory issues with the relevant external bodies and associations or in internal groups collaborating closely with the European and German grid regulation teams who oversee the regulatory grid framework in the respective countries to share regulatory development Your profile You have good economic and/or international regulatory energy industry qualifications You have an above-average diploma or master's degree preferably in Economics, Engineering or Law You have deep knowledge of national and/or international regulation with focus on the EU and Germany gained in relevant professional environment, experience in the field of Green Gas is considered as a plus You have well-founded analytical and conceptual thinking as well as high communication skills You like to work independently, but at the same time have the ability to work in a result-oriented manner in interdisciplinary teams You are enthusiastic about acquiring new specialist knowledge, initiating changes and developing yourself further You stay calm even under heavy workloads You have full working proficiency in German and English Our benefits In addition to our inspiring and dynamic international working atmosphere, we offer the following attractive social benefits to keep you motivated and healthy: flexible working hours regular training E.ON pension plan private car leasing free parking company credit card health center and physiotherapy job ticket available Kindergarten places family service support subsidized canteen Inklusion Uns ist wichtig, Menschen mit Behinderung ein faires Bewerbungsverfahren zu ermöglichen, in dem sie ihr Bestes zeigen können.
