Your Responsibilities Are you ready to work in a dynamic and challenging environment? We are seeking a dedicated Solution Architect. Collaborate with Global Stakeholders: Partner with diverse teams and key stakeholders across the globe to identify and define business needs, shaping innovative pricing strategies and rate management solutions that drive our success Design Cutting-Edge Technical Solutions: Develop and architect state-of-the-art systems tailored to our rate management (GPM) requirements. Create detailed architectural blueprints that ensure our solutions are scalable, robust, and aligned with industry standards Seamlessly Integrate Enterprise Systems: Lead the integration of our rate management platform (GPM) with our critical enterprise system TMFF. Ensure smooth interoperability and enhance overall system efficiency to support our global operations Oversee Implementation and Optimize Performance: Manage the implementation process of your designed solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution. Conduct performance analyses and debugging to maintain high efficiency and meet performance benchmarks Drive Continuous Improvement and Foster Communication: Act as a vital link between technical and non-technical teams, translating complex technical concepts into clear, understandable terms. Advocate for ongoing process improvements and stay ahead of the latest trends and technologies to continuously enhance our rate management capabilities Your Profile Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field. Relevant certifications in systems architecture, integration, or rate management systems are a plus Professional work experience of at least 3 years in rate management environment Strong experience in designing technical solutions and system integration, with proficiency in relevant programming languages and tools Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to translate business needs into effective technical solutions. Effective communicator with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and collaborate across teams Experience overseeing implementation projects with strong leadership skills to guide teams and ensure successful outcomes Understanding of the industry and experience in a global or multi-national environment, particularly in rate management.
