As a Working Student – Sales Data Management you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our CRM data quality, supporting various cleanup initiatives, and managing event data. If you are meticulous, proficient in Zoho CRM and Excel, and possess excellent planning and organizational skills, we want to hear from you!

In this role, you will:

• Conduct Data Maintenance und Contact Updates in our CRM System
• Develop and manage various reports and dashboards to monitor and enhance data quality
• Perform clean-up actions in our CRM System to ensure accurate and up-to-date account information
• Implement processes for regular updates to maintain current and correct contact information
• Pilot the solution for Sales and customer events, ensuring all data is accurately captured and managed in the CRM System

What you will need to succeed:

• Experience with an CRM-System, experience with Zoho is a plus
• Strong Excel Skills
• A strong sense of control and precision in data quality management
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with sales managers and other stakeholders
