We have big plans. We are looking for a working student in Growth Marketing to fuel the next wave of growth for Justhome with campaign creation, implementation and evaluation across all online channels.

How you’ll create impact

  • Develop and execute paid and unpaid campaigns end-to-end. You have smart and creative ideas with the right analytical grounding? This is your platform
  • You own the campaigns – from researching relevant keywords to creating ad copies and building high-converting landing pages.
  • You keep an eye on campaign KPIs, continuously optimizing for higher metrics based on insights.

What you’ll bring

  • You are an enrolled student (m/f/d) in a (master) program in marketing, business or a related field
  • You like working in a fast-paced environment and have done so before
  • You are familiar with tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics and landing-page building
  • You are a self-starter with an independent way of working. You have attention to detail, but balance this against getting things done
  • Your language skills are business fluent in German and you are willing to work with us out of our charming office in Berlin-Mitte
