- Testing: localization testing, functionality testing, compliance testing

- Audio: pre-/post-production, multilingual voiceovers

- DTP: text-flow, layout, font management

- Creative media: including demos, trailers and advertising materials




Position Overview


The intern will also have the opportunity to gain experience in a real studio environment. Based on his or her skills and abilities, the intern will begin to assist with recording sessions and may start running solo sessions, as well.





Responsibilities: 

- Pre- and Post-production for game audio localization

- Participating in recording sessions

General studio assistance including:

- Editing Pro Tools sessions

- CD/DVD duplication

- Data management

- Ftp up/downloads

- Filing, archiving, setting up and breaking down of sessions as well as other responsibilities as needed

- General studio maintenance

- Database management

Requirements:

- The intern should be a music or audio engineering major

- Knowledge of studio equipment and an understanding of computer file and folder hierarchy is a must

- A good understanding of music and digital audio theory is extremely important

- Experience with audio software such as Digidesign Pro Tools preferred

- Strong verbal and written skills in German (native speaker or fluent) and English

The internship may be held on a full-time basis and is available short term (4 to 6 months).
