Working Student Online Marketing - Twitter / Discord / Reddit (m/f/x) in Berlin

As a member of the Community CX team you will be responsible for handling communication with the community on Discord, Twitter, Reddit and other social media platform. You will also be working on our platform to keep the newsfeed fresh for our community as well as ideating on new rewards for the community.

Our Platform enables users to earn points when they shop, watch content or play games and then use those points for all kinds of rewards, including exclusive experiences.
Community management is very important to us, our reward offers are customized towards specific games and cultures. As such the Community CX team needs people who are dedicated gaming aficionados and are willing to deep dive with us into the culture.

What you will be up to

  • You will be handling communication on our social channels (Discord, Twitter etc)
  • You will organize activities for the community
  • You will be part of the growth strategy for the social channels
  • You will help in keeping up the newsfeed and other community facing sections on the platform (Web, Discord, Twitch)
  • Join in the ideation of new rewards and community activities

What you can bring to the table

  • You are enrolled in Bachelor or Master level education
  • A willingness to be adaptive and proactive
  • Have a love for games and gaming culture
  • Strong meme game (the stronger the better)
  • Be a team player!
  • Desire to learn new skills (we'll happily teach you!)
