What you'll do

• You manage projects aimed at optimizing key aspects such as lead time, on-time delivery and fulfillment costs
• You initiate, support and eventually lead negotiations with our external partners, mainly warehouses and carriers
• You generate with the team a world-class supply chain by implementing logistics concepts using lean management principles
• You manage the effective and efficient onboarding of our international B2B customers and marketplaces from the early beginning
• You establish and improve processes with the relevant internal and external partners to guarantee smooth operational processes in daily business
• You work in a dynamic and international environment, so you are quick on your feet

Who we're looking for

• University Degree in Business Administration/Supply Chain/Logistics or a related subject or have relevant working experience in this area
• You have strong communication skills
• You have a quick grasp and an analytical approach to tasks and problems
• You are conceptually strong and have a can do-mentality
• You have an independent and structured way of working
• You know how to visualize concepts and ideas
• You are a communicative team player and have very good English skills
